Long before coffee became an export, the highlands of Colombia nurtured a
tradition of roasting, sharing, and honoring the bean as a gift of the earth.
When European brewing met Andean coffee culture, a new chapter began —
one of depth, patience, and devotion to craft.
Our Colombian Coffee Stout is the inheritor of that legacy. We source
single-origin beans grown in volcanic soils and roast them to perfection,
combining them with dark malts in a slow, controlled fermentation.
What emerges is a stout that tastes of altitude and history — velvet texture,
espresso aroma, and a whisper of cacao. It’s the meeting point of two arts
that shaped nations: coffee and beer, reborn under one Latin banner.
